What if I don't get the verification email?

All RMT users have to verify their email addresses. If you did not receive the verification email from our platform, please check your spam folder. If you still don't find it, please fill out our contact form and we will verify your email for you. 


Sometimes, the email can be found in your spam/junk folder. Do contact us if you continue to have trouble verifying your account.

Please note that you will not be able to log in until you have verified your email, so if you mistyped your email, on the initial sign up, you would either need to sign up again with the correct password or contact our administrator to change it.

Users who have applied as teachers also need to wait until the application is approved by the school headmaster. They will not be able to log in as teachers until they receive an approval email from the platform. Once the application is approved, teachers will be able to log in and set up their availability and lesson prices.
