How can students schedule trial sessions?

Trial sessions are the initial meetings between the teachers and students to exchange introductions. Teachers give a brief teaching demonstration to decide whether working together is a good fit. Trial sessions last for 30 minutes and are free of cost. You can book the trial lessons by:

1. Navigate to our home page, select a subject in the drop-down, and click the Yellow "GET STARTED" button to proceed.

3. Choose a teacher with whom you would like to book a trial.

4. You will see a 'Book Free Trial' button on their detailed information page.

5. The 'Book Free Trial' button will open the teacher's availability calendar. There, you can select the date and time for your trial sessions.

6. Click 'Book Lesson', redirecting you to the checkout page. There, you have to 'Confirm Order.'

Note: Alternatively, you can go straight to the teachers page and use the filter at the top to specify more detailed conditions.

Your trial lesson is then booked. The system allows each student to take one trial lesson with a teacher. Booking more than two free trial lessons per student is not allowed.

Note: Some teachers may have the free trial option disabled. In that case, you will not see the "Free Trial" button on their profile. If you'd really like to book with that teacher, you only have the option of purchasing a lesson.

If a trial lesson with a given teacher is canceled, the student has a chance to book another trial lesson with another teacher. Therefore, it is important that teachers don't complete trial lessons if the learner doesn't show. This way, that lesson can be canceled, and another free trial can be taken.

If you have multiple students or siblings, you can use one student account to book trial lessons as long as each sibling books a trial with a different teacher. Otherwise, if you want to book with the same teacher for each student, please create a separate account for the 2nd student (sibling).
